Chris Hudson is a consultant with Oak Tree Solicitors and has been practising as a solicitor for 9 years, specialising in civil litigation and personal injury. Chris has previously been involved in the litigation against the former British Coal by ex-miners for lung disease and vibration white finger as well as noise-induced deafness claims on behalf of former mill and factory workers. After qualifying, Chris became a partner in an established South Yorkshire firm before leaving to run his own firm with offices in Nottingham and Mansfield for 4 years. In 2008, Chris sold the practice and now works as a consultant to a number of law firms, including Oak Tree Solicitors.
Oak Tree Solicitors always endeavours to work on a 'no win - no fee' basis, or, where the case is not one for damages, fixed fees can usually be agreed so you can have the peace of mind of knowing right from the beginning exactly how much you will have to pay and when. Work is done by fully qualified solictors so you can have the confidence that your work is being handled by professionals.
